Room Reservation Block Details: We have a block of rooms reserved at the Baymont Hotel (42nd St., across from Alerus Center).  Please call directly to reserve your room (701-757-2345) and the rooms are under "Sigma Nu Centennial" and are available for Oct 6-8th, 2023.

Ballroom and Dinner Details:  Cloud 9 Banquet Room, Downtown GF; Dinner details to be updated closer to event.

Weekend Costs:  $150/Alumni & $250/couple; weekend costs cover Friday open house social beverages, snacks; Saturday Tailgate with food and adult beverages, transportation to and from banquet, and special commemorative gift!

Itinerary

• Thursday, Oct. 5th at 7pm - For anyone arriving early, alumni will meet up at Bonzers pub downtown GF.

• Friday, Oct. 6th @ 5PM  "Alumni Open House Social and Chapter Meeting" - attire is casual.  Includes David Kane Alumni Room dedication, 100th Anniversary certification presentation by Nationals Regent Maury Gaston (Auburn), and informal alumni speeches.  Please stick around to meet new members and candidates!

• Saturday, Oct7th @ 9AM  UND Homecoming Parade with Breakfast at the Epsilon Kappa Chapter House (2808 University Avenue, park in the back lots) attire is Casual UND school spirit based.  9am will be the parade viewing from the front lawn.

• Saturday, Oct 7th @1pm UND Football Game against Western Illinois (Sigma Nu Tailgating prior to game, look for the Green Fighting Sioux Bus in the last parking row on the West side of the South Lot).  Tailgating starts at 9am as well and lunch served around 11am for Alumni attending the event.  Some tickets will be purchased by Chapter for Alumni use - please advise house of name, EK#, and qty to the contact e-mail above.

• Saturday, Oct 7th @ 6pm  100th Anniversary of Sigma Nu on Campus Event to be held at the Cloud 9 Banquet room - attire is formal; 5pm social hour at Chapter house; buses will pick up at the Baymont at 5pm for transfer to the Chapter House for a group picture; 6pm - buses start runs from Chapter House to Cloud 9 Events center with cocktail hour from 6pm-7pm and dinner with speeches and presentations.  Music and dancing following meal.  10:30pm-11pm - buses will be returning to the Chapter House.  Note most hotels are walking distance for Alumni who are staying at those locations.

• Sunday, Oct 8th @ 10am-Noon;  Goodbyes with coffee and donuts at the Chapter House on University Ave.
